**This is the original fabric.  Price does NOT include upholstery.  If you would like me to cover the seat cushions (no welting) it would be $100 + the cost of fabric.  They are in nice condition and I coud go over the existing fabric.  Otherwise you can buy "as is" an upholster them yourself.
